留学360旗下澳大利亚教育联盟金牌留学顾问朴锡春老师从澳洲人报消息,阿伯特政府否决了牙医协会要求把牙医从SOL清单免除的要求，但是为了表达安抚本地人情绪，移民部副部长Cash说2014/15年度会计职业配额将削减大约一半，降至5000个左右。
2014/15年度普通技术移民GSM的配额为43990人，这不包括雇主担保和州担保等其他技术移民，全部技术移民为19万配额的68%，月12.5万人。
澳洲政府通常按就业市场总规模的6%这个比率来确定移民职业清单上(SOL)每个职业的配额，一般称作“职业封顶”数额(Occupational Ceiling)。日前，助理移民部长Michaelia Cash 称政府决定把会计职业的计算比率降低至3%, 以限制此职业的申请数量。根据这一比率计算，新年度会计的配额将降至5000左右。
专家老师接到很多咨询，问这个是不是很严重，其实我们仔细看看2013-2014财年的数据就知道，9720个会计移民位置本来就只用掉了不到6000个，所以不会造成严重的问题。相反政府只是利用了这个假象了对付本地人，事实上每个职业都有至少1000个位置。
